Felony
A felony criminal offense is a serious crime in the United States. There are many different felonies that can range from theft to murder. The penalties associated with these criminal offenses vary greatly depending upon the type of offense. When you are sentenced for a felony, there is a wide range of potential penalties. You may receive a reporting probation sentence, non-reporting probation sentence, work release or a prison sentence.
